Description

It is our pleasure to offer our latest product ERW Pipes & Tubes from Madhav KRG Group under brand umbrella of JYOTI HRC100. We are manufacturing Pipes, Tubes and Hollow sections for different end use in transportation of water, air and gas, Mechanical, Structural applications and General Engineering purposes under the Bureau of India Standards for IS 4923, IS 1161 and IS 1239, IS 3601. JYOTI HRC-100 PIPES & TUBES are produced WITH HOT ROLLED COILS of world class suppliers, thereby offering much superior quality as compared to ordinary Pipes & Tubes.

Our state of the art plant boasts of a massive 2 Lac Tonnes of annual production capacity. Our Pipes & Tubes manufacturing Technology has been supplied by world acclaimed M/s SEUTHE, Germany. Also, we installed world’s leader High Frequency welders, which come from THERMATOOL - USA.

Surface Finish Rough Surface of Patra because of low grade steel manufactures. Surface finish is better and smooth because of manufactured through technological hot rolling mills
Thickness Consistency There is lot of variation in the thickness of Patra due to manual setting. There is no variation in the Hot Roll Coils due to latest technology system
Width Variation Due to low quality of raw material there is lot of width variation in Patra Due to high technology there is controlled width of coils.
Physical Properties Physical Properties are not matched with the applications, because of non-homogenous of chemical compositions and poor manufacturing process Because of high technological steel making route all the applications covered through HR Coil raw material
