A healthy product is the result of a healthy environment and a healthy workforce. To ensure the safety of our entire team, from the President to the Peons, the EHS department is directly handled by the IQMS.

With IQMS, our company is aided in following well predesigned live procedures & work instructions that comply with not just national and international standards, but statutory and regulatory requirements as well.

Environment

  • The manufacturing facility is equipped with the most advanced technology of APCD (Air Pollution Control Device) to accumulate fumes and offer fresh environment to our employees.
  • State-of-the-art Water Treatment Plants including ETP, RO & STP have been installed to make sure the extracted water can be re-used in the manufacturing Process.
  • A water reservoir pond of 13 lac ltr capacity has been constructed inside the plant to collect rainwater.
  • A green belt of herbal trees has been planted for a clean environment.

Health

  • Our Company regularly organises health camps like eye check-up camps and oral health camps for employees.
  • The company ensures the provision of drinks including ORS and lemon water to its hard working workforce to keep their energy levels high
  • A well-equipped medical lab for the employees is present on-campus.
  • The company also has an ambulance for taking care of any accidents or emergencies well in time.

Safety

  • Provision of necessary safety gear like helmets, masks, safety Shoes and glasses to all the workers.
  • Marked walkways to ensure safety
  • Regular training to employees on compliance with safe working practices
  • For breaking any rules, our EHS inspector fines the employees in the form of a challan.
  • Emergency Exits in all the work-areas.
