About Our Institute

Madhav KRG Skill Development Center is an initiative guided strongly by the values of Madhav Helping Hands Foundation on the ethos of “Skill, Education, and Awareness”.The Skill development programs is an effective approach to develop sustainable livelihood of youths towards upliftment of their socio-economic status and self-sustainability. It will focus and contribute in multi development aspects of sustainability, which includes Empowerment and Engagement of community and Job Oriented Skills Enhancement leading to social economic development of the target community.

To provide training, testing and certification of marginalized sections of the Society and aiding in livelihood promotion in backward and remote areas as well as help the marginalized sections gain meaningful employment leading to their social and economic upliftment.

The project initiate by identification and mobilization of trainees through a screening process. The selected candidates (Subject to a minimum of 25 ) candidates, per batch per trade) shall undergo ‘In-class Training’ and ‘Hands-on-Training’ in proportion of 30% and 70% respectively for three months. Four trades are running: Astt. Electrician, Fitter, Welder & Business Correspondent & Business Facilitator. Free of cost skill training have been provided to the youth.
